JotForm submission not working.

    My clients are having issues submitting forms on their mobile devices. When they select “Submit” it says “Please Wait” and nothing happens no matter how long they’d wait. If they refresh, it restarts the form. 

    My clients have also had issues using the signature widgets on mobile devices. I have tried all the signature widgets and none are compatible with mobile devices. 

    It seems as if JotForm isn’t mobile friendly which is what most of my clients use. Please let me know if there’s a way to resolve these issues or a better serviced website that is compatible with mobile devices that I can move my business to. It’s very embrassing having my clients deal with these issues.

    We were informed that the issue was solved , please let us know if it still continues in your end.

    None of it has been resolved. It is still not submitting the forms for mobile users.

    Please re-save the form and try again. We have tested and it should work
