payment not recieved

    I'm showing a submission but cant see it in my strip account and cant really tell much detail from jot form. 

    Please help

    I tested your form. It looks like a submission was made on your form without selecting any of your products.

    If you would like to prevent this from happening then you can mark your payment integration as required. When you do this, nobody can submit the form until they select a product to purchase.

    Click on the properties for your payment integration ( gear icon ). And on the first tab you will see the option to require.
