Current I use gmail forms for our company and it allows me to set it so the only domain gmail account can access the forms. This stop outsides from randomly generating useless forms. Can you do the same with Jotforms? We are looking to purchase Jotforms for our company.

Yes this is very much possible in JotForm. As you can see now, only you can create forms under your JotForm account (in your My Forms page).
Should you require delegation on forms and tasks, this is also possible. You can create sub accounts beside your main account.
