I had written to you previously requesting a discount as we are a non-profit. I have submitted the required proof but have not heard back. I had paid the full amount for a bronze package for two months, requesting you to refund the money for one of those months. Thank you.

I checked the email regarding this matter and it has been approved back in October 10, 2017. Can you please check your spam folder if in case the email would have landed there?
