How can I conditionally show fields based on the user's answer

I want to create a conference registration form and would like to give people the option of registering as a family or a single person.

So the first question would be something like ... who are you registering? and the two options would be 1. Family 2. Single

So if the person choose"Family" it would send them to a different question than if they choose "Single". The questions would be relativly the same but more detailed for a family.

    Thanks for your help

From how I understood, you wanted to conditionally show different/specific fields based on the user's answer.

This is achievable using the SHOW / HIDE FIELD CONDITION. This was covered in great detail on the following guides that I'm linking below.
