How do I change the form url to something user friendly (not the form id)?

Please provide insstructions, I would like to change my form address from https://form.jotform.com/63474509358162 to something like ***jotform.com/AutoQuote

You can customize your form url from the Publish link under your Form builder.

The format of your custom url would be something like this:

https://form.jotform.com/username/form_title
