Microsoft Flow Integration: Submissions are not running on Flow's side

I have tried to create a jotform-flow integration however I am not having much luck.

Are you able to confirm from the Jotform that this is setup correctly.

I have created a test form 73058373452862 and I am just trying to get Flow to do a basic task of send an email (I have tried different flows like copying a file to OneDrive with no success)

In Flow it comes up with a green tick to show that it has connected ok.

In Jotform under form settings I have confirmed 'send post data' = yes

The question is how does Flow know when to run the workflow to perform the action?

Q: Do I need to setup webhooks.  If so how do I do this?

Hi have you check this guide on how to setup MS flow ? https://www.jotform.com/blog/298-JotForm-Now-Available-on-Microsoft-Flow

Let me do some test first, I will get back to you in a moment.

I can't seem to trigger the event using the Jotform connector. The setup on your side seems correct too.

Can you try a flow template and make the email notification as trigger. For example

Microsoft Flow Integration: Submissions are not running on Flows side Image 10

Microsoft Flow Integration: Submissions are not running on Flows side Image 21

You can trigger an event based on email received from jotform.

There is a similar thread on this regarding  Jotform connector not triggering. https://www.jotform.com/answers/1288131-Microsoft-Flow-Submissions-not-triggering-actions-in-Flow

he issue is now escalated to our backend team and hopefully will get fixed ASAP.

Yes I have managed to do other flow from Dynamics to mailchimp and sharepoint ok. It is just jotform that I am having the trouble with
I have followed the jotform guide with no luck. I have tried to setup an exact same flow that will copy a file from jotform to OneDrive.
Still no luck. The permissions are correct as I get the green tick. I am just not sure how Flow know when to look for the new form, or is it constantly polling?
I have created a new form to test with.

It looks like the jotform flows are not even triggering. There is no run history.
The flow is very basic. What am I missing?
Other flows work that do not have Jotform included

I was able to replicate this issue, indeed the run history is empty.

So I forwarded this thread to our backend team for further checking.

We'll inform you once the issue is resolved.

    Thank you for your patience.
