How can I change the title on the tab in my cloned form?

When I open the forms up with my browser, they all come up with the original form Title (Remake Tracking Form) on the tab on browser.  The other two Forms are Parts Transfer Form and Gemba Walk Communication Form.  I cannot find any setting to the change this...help.

If you are looking for to change the title on the tab, you need to go to your form settings.

Settings->Form Settings->Show More Options

then scroll down to the option called "Page Title".
