how to add submit button to a form

    Why do my submissions not show up in my reports? I have had two and had others tell me they attempted but it didnt go through,

    Thank you for contacting us and apologies for the challenges you are facing. I have checked your form and it does not have submit buttons hence no submission can be made on the form. I have also checked the last time the form was edited and it was on 2017-01-13.
