Unable to scroll down to the submit button

When filling out the form on a mobile device, the form will sometimes not allow me to continue scrolling to get to the "submit" button. i will scroll to make my way down to the bottom of the form and it returns back to where it was. I can't find any solutions on the web. Please help

This form has a different layout compared to the form in your screenshot. 

Please let us know which form you're working so we can test it here.

Perhaps it is the JotForm branding that blocks the submit button and wouldn't let you scroll down to the bottom.

If the new layout fixes your problem, please let us know.
