How to receive orders by email, not link to any payment gateway?

Hi i am making a product form i added all elements successfully embedded form on website. Once i click place order. it says (Invalid PayPal account used). Please contact form owner.)

We dont want to link any payment channel. just want to receive the order by email. Is there any possibilities to receive order form without linking any payment channel??? Please advise, Thanks

I have checked your form and found that, you have integrated paypal with your form. If you submit your form, it will try to send your order to process through paypal.

Since you want to receive your orders by email without linking them to any payment channel, you can use Purchase Order instead.
