8 Column Radio Button Table Returning Grouped Responses

    Hello,

I have set up a survey form and added a table with 8 columns (standard 4 column table, then increased). Upon testing the survey, with the intention that one radio button per row of 8 columns is selected (ie scale of 1 - 8 how much the question posed is agreed with), the response form is giving me 3 answers per row grouped around the middle columns 2 to 6. The screenshot perhaps explains better than I can describe - showing 3 'ticks' where only one answer per row has been selected in the form as tested by myself. This is shown as a screenshot from the automated email response following submission of the survey.

Is there a way to resolve this as this appears to be a bug?

Survey link as follows, although everything appears to be fine until I receive the submission: https://form.jotformeu.com/73014712722346

    Thank you in advance

I was able to replicate the issue you reported when I tested your form and on my cloned form.

This is happening because the columns inside of your tables have the same labels. You should make the label of each column unique to resolve this issue. For example, you can set them like this.

Hope this helps to solve the issue.

    Hi Joanna,

That's great and makes sense in terms of how the form works. Thank you for your response and for your clear suggestion and example of how to resolve this.
