I'm having some problems with the signature box on jotform, and am wondering if you can help. Sometimes the signature box 'freezes' - the customers are not able to submit the form without a signature, but after they clear the signature box it won't let them sign in it at all.
When you reset the whole form, the customer loses all their info. Tonight we had two customers who completed their forms twice because of the signature box freezing, and they kept having to reset their forms and lose all their info.
I haven't been able to find a pattern as to why this is happening, but it's happening a lot.

I am not able to see any issue with the signature field on my mobile phone. The issue might be from the customers mobile browser, can you try asking them to use a different browser if they have problem.
You can also add a " Mobile Responsive" widget. This might help them fix the problem.
