Resetting a password on a new sub user and their password

    Please walk me through setting up a new sub user and their password.

    I click on forgot password, but no email is sent.

    UPDATE: Effective October 2018 the Sub-User feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users. If you had been using this feature previously, you're grandfathered. 

     If you would like to have additional users added to your account, please check out JotForm Enterprise.

    Please note that you cannot set up the password for your sub-users, they are basically separated accounts tied to yours where you can share forms and submissions. 

    If you need to reset the password for a sub-user then you need to use either their email address or the username.
