What information do you want to change? If you want to change your email address or password, you can do it your profile page: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/profile

If you want to change your username, you need to request it to us, so if this is the case, provide us your desired username and 2 more alternate usernames, in case the proposed one is not available.
