Multiple submissions are not allowed. Please help

Is there any way to make the out of stock page look nicer? As is, it looks like an error page and is unfriendly to our customers!

Please go to your form settings and check whether your "Unique Submission" and "Unique Question" option is set to No check or not.

If not, please select No check.
