How to remove the next button after each question?

I'm trying to remove the next button after each question.  I've added a page header to define the sections and want to group questions under the section with the next button only appearing at the end of the section.  How do I do this?  I found the feature that allows you to have all of the questions appear on one page but not the in between option as preferred above.

However, I think that the layout of a form you are working on is 'Single Question in One Page'. If you want to have multiple questions on a single page you have to change the form layout to 'All Questions in One Page'. This can be done on the Form Settings page. 

If you still unable to remove the next buttons,  provide us an ID of the form you are working on.
