How Can I integrate Jotform with Salesforce ?

    Hi Support team,

    I can't be able to map the correct fields of the Jotform with Salesforce.


    Please help.

    I have tried to integrate a clone version of your form to my Salesforce account and I was able to the map fields.

    Your first need to select a list where you want to add the information to from your form.

    I also made a test submission and the Contact was sent to my Salesforce account.
