I am trying to reset my password, however, I am not receiving any emails from your servers; eventhough my administrator has white-listed jotform.

I have checked your email address in your account and it seems it was cut at the last part, please re-check your email or input it again in your account information.
Maybe that is why you're not receiving any email because the email address in your information was mistyped.
