We discovered over the weekend that our form that contained some dropdown menus did not work in Safari. Can you advise? Is this a known issue? Are there browsers that are not supported by JotForm?

All forms in jotform should work with all browsers and that includes Safari.
Can you tell us the form ID that has the issue ? so we can check it on our end too.
Also does your safari browser up to date since it is the only reason that Jotform forms will not work. Also if you have not done this yet, try adding "Mobile Responsive" widget on that form and test it again.
