Lost password and I am not recieving a new by email

    Hi, I have unfortunately lost my password for our jotform page. I have tried to recieve a new one ny email - several times - And I haven't recieved it. I have checked spam filter as well.

    I think you're trying to recover your password with wrong email address...

    Do you remember any name of a form you've created? We can try to find your account with this information.

    Hi,
    It still doesn’t work.
    I have a form here (not active anymore though)
    APPLY FOR KAOSPILOT, Team24 / 2017-2020 Aarhus – Denmark
    A colleague of mine has login but limited acces. I have the admin role, so in order to create a form I would need to be able to login.
    I hope you can help asap, as we need to create a form today!

    Since I am able to confirm that you have a form which is named as "APPLY FOR KAOSPILOT, Team24 / 2017-2020 Aarhus – Denmark", I can give you a little more detail about the account. Please try sending a lost password email to this email address: loe@kaospilot.dk
