Submissions: Recovering deleted submissions

I see you replied to my question with regards to retracing my submissions.

However, the reply you send me is to retrace a form.

The submissions of my forms have accidentally been deleted, and not the form. Thus these submissions are not visible in the trash.

Are you referring to the submissions of your form http://www.jotformeu.com/form/70501839944360? Unfortunately, if you have accidentally deleted the submissions of your form, they are also deleted from our database.

You can only recover your data from the email notifications you received.

I am talking about the form https://eu.jotform.com/submissions/61951919248971.

I am not sure whether the email notifications are turned on for this specific form. 

Is there no way to retrieve the submissions from your database in any way?

We have a back-up of the submissions in excel, but the links to the images don't work anymore, which is the most important part. 

Is there a way to make the URL's linked to the pictures working again?

The email notification seems to be enabled but since you have a backup in Excel, you can use that instead.

Unfortunately, along with the submissions, the files get deleted as well. It's the reason why we offer integration with cloud storage platforms such as Google Drive and DropBox as they can serve as backup of your files.

Could you see to which account the email notifications are being send?

And will I be able to see the pictures in the emails?

The main point is the pictures. 

I checked the form (http://www.jotformpro.com/form/61951919248971) and there is only Autoresponder email that was set up and no Notification Email. With this, unfortunately, you will not be able to recover the submissions and pictures.

To prevent cases like this form happening in the future, is there any way to save the pictures in excel as actual pictures, and not as an URL?

There is no current option that will allow you to download the excel submission with the image attachment included in the excel. As a workaround, you can also backup all the uploaded images in your form. To download all uploads in your form, just click on the "Download All Uploads" button on the submission page.

Or you can also integrate your form with cloud storage platforms such as Google Drive and DropBox to have a back up of your form submission uploads.
