My name is Jason. I work with the marketing team for Grove RV & Leisure.
We use JOT forms on our website. The person who initially set it up for us was a contract employee who is no longer working with us. Is there any way that I can have the user name and password re set so that we can continue using this service. We are re designing some things in our website and we would like to get this fixed.

We can help recover the username and email address associated with the account. The password would need to be reset from the email address associated with the account.
