    Hello there,

    My subscription is Silver package. Please cancel your subscription to the Gold package.

    I want to cancel the transaction if payment was received.

    I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. I did check your account and found that you have active silver yearly subscription plan. Do you want us to switch your subscription to Gold yearly subscription plan?
