So whenever a bunch of customers uses a survey I created, all their info gets sent to my email under one email.
Can I ungroup these notifications so I just get a new email everytime someone submits a report?

Yes its possible. You are using Gmail right?
Open Gmail.Click the gear in the top right. Select Settings. Scroll down to the Conversation View section (stay in the "General" tab). Choose Conversation view off. Click Save changes at the bottom of the page.If you aren't using Gmail, then it should still be possible to turn off conversation view in your email settings.
