When I test the form, I am capturing the referrer info as desired. However, several forms were submitted since adding this field and it is not coming through. Please see the webpage with embedded form at:

To my understanding, your Get Referral widget is working properly. After adding a field, the widget stops working.
May I know what field you've added to your form so we can investigate it further?

Sorry, my description was misleading. I added the Referrer field several weeks ago. When I test it, I get Referrer URL info in the field as desired. When our customers submit the form, I'm not getting any info in the field. I haven't changed the form since adding the Referrer field.

I did two test submissions to the website and to the form direct link.
For my test submission to the website: https://www.cannonschool.org/page/admission/request-information
I can see that you got the referral URL.
For my test submission to the form direct link: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/62635706519966
There's no referral URL.
That's the reason why sometimes you're not getting the referral URL. You can try using the Get Form Page URL widget.

Great! Thanks for the clarification. We'll be more deliberate in sending our clients to the embedded webpage vs. the direct link going forward.
