PDF attachments are not working

    Hi,

    the PDF attachment function in the autoresponder email is not working. 

    When attempting to open the PDF from the email, it says that the file cannot be opened because of the encoding or because it has been damaged.

    I see that you have enabled the "Require log-in to view uploaded files" option from your account's settings. It means you cannot access the attached files unless you log in to your Jotform account. 

    I would like to recommend you to disable this option or log in to your Jotform account and then try to view the attached files. 

    To disable this option please go to your account's settings and click on the "Settings" tab. Finally, uncheck the "Require log-in to view uploaded files" option.
