I am not being prompted to give my encryption key

I am trying to download data in excel for my encrypted from.

I am not being prompted at any point to add my encryption key and cannot find where to add it without prompt. So the data is still encrypted.

Please help.

You need to empty your browser storage. Note that this is not the same as your browser cache.

Which browser are you using? Firefox and Chrome are recommended.

If you have another browser you could try that instead of emptying your browser storage. It should work.
