How to Tranfer forms to a new account

The client that is using up the submissions wants to create there own account with a seperate submission allowance.  All of their forms are in a seperate folder, is it possible to transfer them to their own account?

Yes this is possible. You can send us a request to transfer the forms including submissions to the user account. When making the request kindly share the username of the account that we need to transfer to and the forms that need to be transferred.

Kindly do note that we will only initiate the transfer if the request is from you.

Hi, Thanks for the response.  Once my client has set-up the account I will submit the request.  Can I confirm that there will be no changes to the form codes currently embedded in their website?  and that they will retain the submission data?

The form will stay the same, the form's link will be the same and the submissions data will be transferred to so the forms functionality should not be affected by the transference.

The forms have been moved now, please check and confirm that the target account sees the forms.
