Error Message - Oops you've reached your limit

    Hello,

    I'm trying to send a reply to a person that submitted a jotform request to my department and received the error message of "Ooops you've reached your limit". What do I need to to continue using jot form?

    Thank you for contacting us.

    The reply and invitation emails are limited to 20 emails/day for free accounts and 1000 emails/day for paid accounts. You should be able to send more emails once the limit is reset.

    In the meantime, you may also consider sending the emails using some email client.
