Payment Field E-check.net

I cannot figure out how to get the codes from authorize.net.  Do I log into their website and set up an account?  It appears if I do that they will charge me $25 per month.

I followed this link and gives me all the information except where to get the authorize.net credentials.

In order to make use or take advantage of the echeck.net service, you will need to have an account with them. Unfortunately, as we have no direct information on their fees, I suggest that you get in touch with them so to get clarification on the fees they charge.
