Unable to submit the form

    Probléme technique je n'arrive pas à envoyer à la page 2 du formulaire avec les conditions correctement rempli lorsque la question est validé à l

    If I understood your issue correctly, you are unable to submit the form even when all required fields are filled.

    I tested your form, but I was not able to replicate the issue. I successfully submitted the form and I was redirected to the Thank You page.

    If you form is embedded and the submit button is not working there properly, please provide us the webpage URL so that we can test the form there.

    In case that I did not understand your issue correctly, please explain in more details what exactly is not working on your form.
