I can't find the Freshbooks integration anymore. I did it once and I don't know what I did.

Unfortunately, Freshbooks integration was discontinued. You may try using Zapier to connect JotForm with Freshbooks: https://zapier.com/ 

…the info from the form still gets forwarded to Freshbooks though, but nowhere a place to set it up or change it.

Forms that were setup with Freshbooks before it was discontinued, will still work through the old settings. Unfortunately, there is no way to update them.
