Create PDF Form not working

    This seems to be an ongoing issue since last year. Why is this function not working?! Whether I try to create it with or without page breaks etc. It won't work either way. It just shows the 'working' tab and nothing ever gets produced or downloaded.

    I have tried creating a fillable PDF form for a form in my account and the PDF file is created without any issue. However, when I tried to clone your JotForm to my account and tried to create the file, it didn't work. It looks like the issue seems to be with the number of fields on the form or the widgets used. 

    I am checking the issue further and get back to you later with relevant information. Thank you for your patience.
