Issue with form view analytics with incorrect count

I sent out an email w/ my jot form, saw that over 30 people had viewed the form, then it went down to 17... does it not show you the total form views? 

Perhaps the views are filtered by a specific date range e.g. week or month?

FYI, your total form views as of checking are 53.

That's the total form views for that form alone. That's more than the form views you've mentioned, so that means they are tallied correctly.

If not, can you please give us more details about the problem you're experiencing? In which part you see it is viewed 30 and it goes down to 17? We would appreciate any details.
