Won't Let Me Log In - Says Im on AutoSuspend

Hi, 

I am trying to create forms using your site and every time I try to create a form, it keeps popping up that I need to log in, even though I've just created my account and logged in. Then, when I try to log in, it keeps popping up with red text saying login failed - autosuspend. I went back to my email to verify my email address thinking that was the problem; however even when I go through the steps to verify my email address, whenever I go to make a form, it pops up that I need to log in again - and the same thing pops up saying the login failed - autosuspend.

Any help would be greatly appreciated in fixing this issue asap.

http://www.jotform.co/form/73404976484871 is collecting login credentials.
