Can I create a Custom Unique ID based on my preference?

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to create a "custom unique id" that is auto-generated based on inputted information on the field; such as {companyname}-{typeOf}-{endDate18}? Thank you for your assistance regarding this matter.

You can set an Update/Calculate Condition setting where those three fields, if filled up, will create a custom unique ID.

To add a condition, edit your form and go to Settings > Conditions

Next, select UPDATE/CALCULATE FIELD condition

Next, set your rules where the three fields, if they are ALL filled, shall form a text as how you would like it to appear. Here is a sample condition in overview:

Now, in the screenshot, the unique ID text shall print in the comment field (but you can create a new field where you can assign your result for your form)

Please also note that in the detail on the calculation area where it is light gray. Light gray cannot be calculated while the dark ones are designed to be read for calculation. So what you need to do is to switch them to the lighter colors in order to be printed to your field as just it
