Using parameters with embeded Jotform from in a wordpress site.

Hi,

I need to prepopulate some data in one of my Jotform. I used embed approach to show the form on one of my webpages based on WordPress.

I receive data via POST and I need to extract the data and put them as the URL parameters for my Jotform.

Could you please advise me how I can change the Jotform URL in the embed source of my page? 

This is a normal WordPress page. I think I should JavaScript to handle this matter.
