I have received the following error message when running a test before launching payments to be accepted

    PCI:: Error during transaction

    The merchant login id or password is invalid or the account is inactive.


    What does this mean?

    Make sure to enter the correct API Login ID, and Transaction Key. If the issue continues, you may contact Authorized.net support.
