clonar formulario manteniendo el formato

Hola, quiero clonar un formulario, pero me aparece un editor que va pasando de elemento en elemento, y yo quiero uno igual al que ya tengo, pero no puedo quitar el formato "moderno", y quiero el formato donde se ven todos los campos en el misma pantalla.

You are using the Form Layout with a single question in one page, that's why page elements like divider and page break are not available.

You can change the Form Layout to all questions in one page and you can use those elements. To achieve that please Click on Settings, Form Settings and click Show More Options. After that locate Form Layout and select All questions in one page. Please refer to the images below and contact us if you have any other question.
