Why is my account suspended ?

    Hello support team,


    I started using jotform 3 days ago and i was on a free trial.Today i notice my account was suspended.Can you tell me the reason please?

    You account is active. Allow 30 min for the system to recognize your login.

    Your account is now active. I also open your form and it is working fine. 

    Are you replying or forwarding form in emails? Please note that there are limits on how many emails you can send to submissions can be replied/forwarded to the form's submission page.

    For the free account, the limit is 20 reply/forwards per day and for paid accounts its 100 reply/forwards per day. Since these limits are reset every day, I suggest trying again tomorrow.
