Can I make appointments in the Appointment Slots widget only selectable sequentially?

Can I make appointments in the Appointment Slots widget only selectable sequentially? In other words, can it be set up so that the next applicant can Only slect the next available tiome slot so there are NO gaps in our scheduling?

Unfortuantely, that's not possible. There's also no option in the appointment slot widget with that functionality. 

With the appointment slot widget, users can pick any options they want just like a regular field.  However, as soon as the defined quantity for the specific option are all picked, the option will automatically be disabled.
