The only reason the field name in the email will appear as "Type a question" is you have not updated/changed the default field label assigned when you first add the field in the form.
notice that the default field name is "Type a question"
If you have updated the field label name in the form, to make it take effect on the existing form email content, try manually editing the field name instead.

Thank you. It appears that I may have overlooked that field. I did not manually change that to begin with but I've updated it with the question and will test it again.
