How to open hyperlinks in a new tab via mobile browser?

hyperlinks in my mobile responsive form open in a new window on a desktop and in the same window on a tablet. I want the links to always open a new window so it is easier to return to the form.   I can't find a setting on the tablet that would cause this. PDF docs are opening in a new window, so it is just the hyperlinks. It is a samsung tablet. Suggestions?

May I know what device model and browser type you are currently using? I just tried your form on my Android device with Chrome browser and the hyperlink is opened on a new tab.

Another option that you can try is to press and hold the link until a menu box comes up, then select "Open in a new tab."
