Embedding a PDF into your form

    Hello,

    I'm using the Embed a PDF widget and when I attached the file it gives me an error.  How should I be attaching the file?

    I was able to replica the issue when I cloned your form. The issue seems to be related to the name of your PDF file. Please change the name and upload it again. Do not use a space character in the name of the file.

    Feel free to test it and  clone it.
