Hello! We are having trouble loading my logo to my form. It is a png, so it should be able to take it. We keep getting a tiny box with a question mark, and when I click on it, it says 404 error.
Can you guide us on what to do??

There was a file upload issue earlier that has been resolved. Try adding the logo again and see if the issue is still present. If it is, let us know and we will be happy to have a close look.

I cloned your form and was able to upload logos using the logo feature and using an image field. Is the image you are using from your computer or an image available somewhere online? Also, how is the image being added to the form? Let us know what you can and we will see what we can do to reproduce the issue.
