New user is still in Free account

    Hello,

    I created a new user in my pro account, but when create his user it's still in free version.

    what should I do?

    Please take note that you cannot share the subscription to your sub-user. You can only share the permissions of the form (edit forms and view submissions) to a sub-user.

    It means that your sub-users will still be under the plan they signed up form. If they are under the free plan, then the free plan limits will be applied.

    Also, the limits will be applied to the account where the shared forms belong to. I suggest you make sure that the forms are under your account.
