Emails: when scheduled are blank

I’ve been using Jotform to make forms and autosend e-mails to subscribers and I’m running into a bit of an issue. When I schedule an autorespond e-mail to be sent at the time of submission, the e-mail goes out just fine and the subject matter is all there. However, when I schedule an e-mail to go out at a later date, the subject line is correct, but for certain e-mail addresses, there’s nothing in the e-mail. I've attached e-mails so you can see when it does work correctly, and when it is sent with no body.

I want to continue using your service, but can't do so if I'm sending blank e-mails to our customers. Please help!

Ok your autoresponder is being sent via SMTP (service@pesnet.com).

And your notification is being sent via Jotform (sendmail - noreply@jotform.com).

Now, you say the autoresponders are misbehaving. But the notifications are fine. So that leads me to believe the problem could be your SMTP server.

Please change the sender method of your autoresponder to Jotform (noreply@jotform.com) and see if that solves the problem.
