Date/time not pushing to google sheet in proper format.

Date/time appears properly on jot form list-but on the google spreadsheets it appears as a number that makes no sense. See attached pic.
Would be a drag to have to remove integration and re-apply as I have applied a lot of conditional formatting to the sheet.

Please advise.

I have created a clone version to try to replicate the issue you are having, but I was not able to.

You mentioned that you have applied a lot of conditional formatting to the sheet integrated with your form. Please know that we do not encourage our users to alter anything on the sheet integrated with their form to prevent any inconvenience. However, in your case, you can try to change the format of the "Submission Date" and "DateTime" columns in your spreadsheet (please see image below).
