Stripe: coupon limits are fine, but coupon codes dont work

A couple of my coupon codes are not working. I have double checked all the settings, and I don't understand why it is not working. Please help.

The ARTTEACHER code only works for:

1. Individual membership

2. Household membership (annual)

3. Sponsor membership (annual)

4. Advocate membership (annual)

The DOCENTLOVE code only works for:

1. Individual membership

2. Household membership (annual)

3. Sponsor membership (annual)

4. Advocate membership (annual)

5. Patron membership (annual)

I did a test and it seems to be working.

For example, here I correctly used the ARTTEACHER code for "Individual Membership" that should cost 40 USD:
